Robert Weidner, currently resides
with his wife Emmalou and his
dachshund Luther, in Springfield,
Ohio. Bob, or Mr. Weidner as we
all knew him, says "I am doing
really well health wise considering
I lost the use of 2/3rds of my
lungs. I have to take breathing
treatments every 4 hours, and
have to be very careful about what
I breath into my lungs. So I am
very pleased with the no smoking
in public places ruling. I can now
go to The Little York with no
worries. I still like to hunt a little
bit, and since I have a farm to
hunt, I can walk as slowly as I
need to. I also fish a bit, but it is
getting tougher to find good
fishing spots along the shore, that
are easy to get to. I read a lot and
write some editorials about things
that bug me." Sometimes things
never change.
Mr. Weidner says he intends on
attending this year's Spring Fling
and our 30th reunion as well. We
look forward to seeing him there.
